FOUR SALES IN COMFORT ISD IN SEPTEMBER, 2008 – Volume Up Compared to September, 2007

There were four residential sales in the Comfort School District during September 2008 according to the San Antonio Board of Realtors Multiple Listing Service. September sales totaled $1,857,000 as compared with 4 sales totalling $826,000 during the same period in 2007.
The increase was due to one large sale (107.5 Acres for $1,080,000) at Ranches at Vista Real. That subdivision is located on the West side of I-10 at the Waring-Welfare Exit.
