Concerns (Remember, every property has some downsides … You just need to weigh them!):
One bedroom may not fit family; Small Lot (.141 Acre); Curb appeal needs some work; Drive up Mt. Pisgah is narrow and steep (although not long); Would not be good for a RVer; Check out age of Well & Septic.
